if the arab spring is turning into a islam i can baker. mike baker, president of diligence llc a global intelligence and security firm, mike good morning to you. >> good morning. bill: where are you now on this story? >> my opinion, my believe, based on a lot of experience working overseas and having had contact with the state department over the years it hasn't changed since the dust settled on this unfortunate attack on september 11th in benghazi. it was self-evident, it was clear to anybody who worked in this field for any time that this wasn't some spontaneous attack, and it was also clear that the primary problem here is that the state department didn't do their job, and that job should have been done a year ago. they should have properly -- they should have properly assessed the ritz being i risk in benge. one of them is to go out and properly assess risk and make the property security arrangements for their personnel and facilities. they knew benghazi was a war zone, they knew we had al-qaida elements. tons of heavy weaponry pilfered from the armories. it was a high threat
